Data Governance Training
Sole Instructional Designer and Project Manager for an enterprise-wide finance training program. Led the full ADDIE process from needs analysis through evaluation. Converted existing VILT content into interactive e-learning using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and custom graphics created in Canva. The training significantly reduced data entry errors and helped prevent data privacy issues.
AI Recommended Companies – Salesforce Training
Sole contributor and project manager for a time-sensitive Salesforce training project. Managed the complete ADDIE process under a tight two-month deadline during the holiday season. Developed interactive e-learning using Storyline, Camtasia, and Canva. Result: Strong learner feedback with high comfort and adoption scores, directly supporting the successful rollout of the new feature.
Rock Your Resume Workshop
Designed and delivered a live virtual workshop to help internal employees improve their mobility within the company. Completely redesigned the original content after discovering major gaps in how employees used Workday and wrote their resumes. The workshop included live demos, hands-on resume building, and practical exercises. Result: 95% of participants left with an updated resume, and HR reported a significant increase in properly submitted internal applications.
